
Accommodation
The two large Double Bedrooms, one in blue and the other in sunny yellow and blue, have kingsize beds, plenty of storage and hanging space, dressing tables and bedside tables with lamps. The Twin Bedroom decorated in cottage garden roses, has two 3' beds, a wardrobe, a wicker chair, drawer space and bedside tables with lamps. A cosy Single Bedroom on the same floor has a 3' bed, a wardrobe, drawer space and a bedside cabinet with a lamp.
There is a second Single Bedroom on the ground floor with a 3' bed, a wardrobe, drawer space and a bedside cabinet with a lamp. This is a light and airy room having a double aspect with views of the lake and the pony paddock.
On the first foor there is a large blue Bathroom with a bath, basin, a WC a seperate corner shower cubicle and a heated towel rail. Next to this is a second bathroom in wedgewood blue with a shower cubicle, a basin and a WC.
For those family meals, the 7' pine table in the centre of the large Kitchen seats eight. The Kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker and hob, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, a dishwasher and a fridge. For extra cooking and giving the room a warm, homely feeling, the oil fired Rayburn completes the picture.
Through the Kitchen is a Cloakroom and a Laundry Room with an outside door opening to the rear of the house. Here is a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron with ironing board and a freezer.
Relax on the leather sofas around a blazing log fire in the comfortable Lounge with it's deep pile carpet and windows overlooking the lake and the front terrace. The Lounge has satellite TV, a hi fi system, a DVD and video player and a selection of DVDs and videos to play on them.
Enjoy a game of snooker on the quarter sized, slate bed table in the Games Room while the kids amuse themselves with a choice of board and card games. There is also a cupboard full of outdoor games and plenty of books. 
One can sip a glass of wine and relax and enjoy the lake from the garden furniture on the covered terrace, whilst supper is cooking on the barbecue.
The house nestles in the most south westerly corner of this quiet and peaceful valley. The lake is stocked with a variety of types of fish and visitors are welcome to try a bit of hobby fishing or amble on the hills on either side of the valley, which are home to a wealth of wildlife.
Recent guests have listed the many different species of birds they have seen so we now provide bird feeders.
